Have you gone mad?

你的脑子坏了吗？

Nǐ de nǎo zi huài le ma?

Literally: "Is your brain broken?"

《脑子》 means 'brain'. 《坏》 is the verb 'to break'. So quite simply it means 'your brain, broken?' ie. 'are you crazy?'. Look out for a similar word 《电脑》 meaning 'electric brain'... a computer!

example:

“我要吃我右的手。”

“吃你的手吗？你的脑子坏了！”
